A lovely little tea to help you sleep.
 
Rooibos Tea, Honeybush Tea, Valerian Root, Peppermint, Lemon Verbena
 
This is tea is....honestly, pretty self explanatory. It's here to help improve your night of rest. With a mixture of honeybush and rooibos, there is an underlying sweetness to it. The primary active ingredient, Valerian Root, is quite pungent and people seem to either love the smell of the tea or hate it. There is no in-between (personally, I hate the smell). But the added peppermint and lemon verbena go a long way to make sure that the tea doesn't taste the way the valerian root smells.
